4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Products & Digital Goods

Refunds are available only for purchased products (physical) and not for services, subscriptions, advertisement, digital products, contracts, or agreements.

Refund requests for eligible products must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed (to the original payment method) within 7 days or as per applicable banking / payment processor timelines.
4.2 Subscriptions, Services, Contracts & Agreements

No refunds will be given for subscription fees, consulting charges, service fees, or any contractual / agreement-based payments.

Cancellation of subscriptions or services must be done ahead of the next billing cycle (or as stipulated in the service agreement).

In case of partial use of services or partial timeframe, pro rata refunds may not be available (unless explicitly stated).

We may refuse or cancel any service order or subscription at our discretion (for reasons such as non-compliance, fraud, non-payment, or service unavailability).
4.3 Exceptions & Special Cases

If a service cannot be delivered by us (e.g. due to technical failure, system downtime, or force majeure), we may offer alternative delivery.

Please contact us promptly if you believe an exception should apply; all decisions rest with Subarnavilla customer service / management.
5. Cancellation Procedure

Provide order / service reference, date, nature of the request, reason, and supporting documents (if applicable).
