1. Introduction

This Service & Cancellation Policy forms part of the overall Terms & Conditions of Subarnavilla Limited or Subarnavilla or Subarnavilla Health (the “Service”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Scope / Applicability

This policy applies to all services, subscriptions, content, consultations, advertisement, products, and digital offerings provided under subarnavilla.com. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, this policy governs cancellations, refunds, service delivery, and liabilities.

3. Services Offered

Subarnavilla offers, or may offer, the following types of services:

  • Health / medical / wellness / physiotherapy / rehabilitation articles, content, advertisement and products.

  • Teleconsultation or remote consultation services

  • Digital / downloadable products (e.g. e-books, courses, guides)

  • Subscription  & donation (for premium content, access, or membership)

  • Other health-related services, skill development corses, workshops, training, webinars.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Products & Digital Goods

  • Refunds are available only for purchased products (physical) and not for services, subscriptions, advertisement, digital products, contracts, or agreements.

  • Refund requests for eligible products must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed (to the original payment method) within 7 days or as per applicable banking / payment processor timelines.

4.2 Subscriptions, Services, Contracts & Agreements

  • No refunds will be given for subscription fees, consulting charges, service fees, or any contractual / agreement-based payments.

  • Cancellation of subscriptions or services must be done ahead of the next billing cycle (or as stipulated in the service agreement).

  • In case of partial use of services or partial timeframe, pro rata refunds may not be available (unless explicitly stated).

  • We may refuse or cancel any service order or subscription at our discretion (for reasons such as non-compliance, fraud, non-payment, or service unavailability).

4.3 Exceptions & Special Cases

  • If a service cannot be delivered by us (e.g. due to technical failure, system downtime, or force majeure), we may offer alternative delivery.

  • Please contact us promptly if you believe an exception should apply; all decisions rest with Subarnavilla customer service / management.

5. Cancellation Procedure

  • You must submit a cancellation or refund request through the official contact channel (email, web portal, etc.).

  • Provide order / service reference, date, nature of the request, reason, and supporting documents (if applicable).

  • We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe (e.g. 3 business days).

  • If approved, a refund (where applicable) will be processed or service termination confirmed.

6. Service Delivery & Quality

  • We aim to deliver services and content accurately, timely, and in good faith, but do not guarantee completeness or absence of errors.

  • We do not accept liability for side effects or consequences resulting from using our content or services; use is at your own risk. 

  • We may update, amend, or withdraw content, services, or features at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

  • Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

  • We will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved via negotiation; if unresolved, through courts / tribunals in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver. Severability applies (if any provision is invalid, remaining provisions still stand).

9. Changes & Updates to Policy

  • We may revise or amend this policy at any time.
