Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common health problems people face today. How the Study Was Done

Program Duration:

  • 6 weeks total.
  • 4 sessions per week.
  • Each session: 30 – 45 minutes.

Treatment Plan:

  • Week 1–2: Pain relief with hot/cold packs, TENS/IFT/Traction, Lumber Belt, Manual  Therapy and Rest.
  • Week 3–4: Core strengthening with bridging, McKenzie exercises, posture training and Individuals exercise plan.
  • Week 5–6: Functional retraining like sit-to-stand, squats, and lifting safely, jogging, etc.

Results

Of the 60 participants, 57 completed the full program. Here’s what changed:

  • Pain (VAS Score) dropped from 7.3 to 2.1
  • Disability (ODI Score) improved from 60% to 33%
  • Range of motion in the lower back improved ✅
  • 91% of patients were satisfied ✅
  • 83% returned to full-time work ✅

No side effects or injuries were reported.
