Health website are challenging in ranking because of several policies. Old Health Websites, Government Health Websites, News Websites, web-stories can easily ranking on top page as well as Google discover. But new health-related Blog website are challenging to rank.


If don't rank your website resulting your traffic will be zero that means your earnings also zero. So don't estimate so much from Google.

In my experience my total page views 16,517 page RPM is $6.87, total ad impression 24,996, total clicks 957, total CTR % is 3.83%, and the CPC I will get $0.12.  That means per 1000 Page views you can get approx $4.59 and if you will get 50,000 page views per month you will earn $230.
